Our Don Geronimo coffee salt is produced using our own process. This special and unique process combines our Blue Toucan coffee beans with our sea salt to create a unique taste experience.

Coffee and salt are not simply mixed, but physically combined using a patented machine and process. With this process, which is unique in the world, we have succeeded in introducing the salt directly into the roasted coffee bean.

In a further step, we can physically combine fruits such as mangos with our Costa Rica sea salt. This creates an exotic sensation not only visually but also in terms of taste. As a finale, we add a hint of chilli.
