Retailers can use the same currency as in their online store connected to Syncee. They also have the option to choose the default currency shown on Syncee. The Syncee subscription is processed in USD, and order payments are processed in the suppliers' currency.

The suppliers, who are selling their products on Syncee, are responsible for fulfilling orders. With the dropshipping model, they ship the items directly to the customer who placed the order in the retailer's online store. With the wholesale model, they ship to the retailers' given address. Syncee automatically synchronizes orders and tracking between retailers and suppliers.

Retailers can find products and suppliers on Syncee mostly from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and all over the world with fast local or international shipping.

Yes, all suppliers are available to retailers. However, suppliers have the right to choose which retailers they work with, so they can decline any retailer from selling their products. Additionally, retailers need to check where their chosen supplier ships to. They can also find premium suppliers on Syncee that are not available in all Syncee subscription plans.

Suppliers offer their products at a discounted price on Syncee. They recommend profit margins by their own decision that usually fall between 30% to 50%. The profit margin is the profit the retailer makes on each sale. The recommended profit margin, as its name reflects, is just a suggestion by the supplier. Retailers define their own, unique pricing rules. There are no deductions or additional fees from Syncee.

The requirements to sell on Syncee are to have your own physical inventory, sell quality products, offer short lead time and a reliable service for lasting partnerships. Syncee prioritizes suppliers located in the USA, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom, and Australia, but we are open to all suppliers globally who fit our requirements.

Our dedicated team reviews supplier applications usually within a day. We assist suppliers with product integration and setting up their storefronts. Once approved, they can start selling immediately.

There are three ways to choose from to sell products on Syncee:

- direct integration from your online store (Shopify, Wix, Woo, Squarespace, BigCommerce, Ecwid by Lightspeed, Shoprenter, UNAS)
- connecting a product datafeed file in any format like CSV, XML, XLS(X), or JSON. Connect it easily via URL, Google Docs URL, Google Drive URL, Dropbox URL, (S)FTP, API, SOAP.

Syncee automatically synchronizes the paid orders from retailers directly to the supplier's Syncee account and into their store. Suppliers receive the payment directly from their retail partner via PayPal or Stripe. Then all they have to do is fulfill the order and ship the products right to the customer or retailer, based on whether it was a dropshipping or wholesale order. Syncee will synchronize tracking information with partners.

Yes! You have full control over your partnerships and product accessibility on Syncee. Your products are discoverable and can be sold by any retailer automatically. You can choose to turn this off and enable the pre-approval option to decide if you want to work with retailers requesting to sell your products. Alternatively, you can sell your products privately if you do not want to show up in search results, and to work with a closed network only, with retailers you invite. Even if your products are available for every retailer on Syncee, you still have the right to decline retailers if necessary.

Suppliers can connect their online store to Syncee via all major ecommerce platforms: Shopify, Wix, Woo, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Ecwid by Lightspeed, Jumpseller, Shoprenter, UNAS.

It is the supplier who fulfills the orders and ships the products directly to the customer or retailer. If they ask for a return or refund, it is the supplier's responsibility to manage them based on their own specific requirements shown on Syncee.

DataFeed Manager

First, install the Syncee retailer app on your online store running on any ecommerce platform supported by Syncee's DataFeed Manager. After creating your account, bring a product datafeed file to import products to your store or update the variants, or export products from your store into a new file created. With Syncee, you can enjoy automated product synchronization.

Yes, you can try how Syncee works with a free plan. It allows you to customize your settings. To import, export, or upgrade products, you need to upgrade your plan.

Syncee offers a Free plan for retailers. This free plan allows you to prepare settings with no time limitation. Our paid plans help retailers import products to their stores and automate product updates. Our pricing is based on the product number, not variant SKU.

You can manage products in the most popular file sources like URL, (S)FTP, Google Drive, Google Docs, OneDrive, Dropbox. If you have an API or SOAP connection, please contact Syncee's support team for personalized help.

Syncee supports datafeed files in any formats like CSV, XML, XLS(X), JSON, or TXT.

You can completely personalize the imported data, add new information, or delete it. Moreover, when importing, you decide whether you want to load the entire datafeed or just certain parts. You can manage it easily with the drag and drop method.

Syncee DataFeed Manager is available for stores running on Shopify, Jumpseller, and Shoprenter.

The Marketplace plans allow you to import products into your store from products available on Syncee and automate the order and tracking synchronization as well. The DataFeeD plans are made for you to use a product datafeed file and import products to your store, export products from it, or update only the variants of the product, ensuring automated product updates in bulk. Currently, the DataFeed Manager solution is available only for Shopify, Shoprenter, and Jumpseller users.

YFor Shopify users, the subscription to Syncee happens on Shopify. If you run your store on any other platforms Syncee supports, you can pay your subscription fee via credit card or PayPal.

Plans can be terminated at any time. Cancellation for the plans becomes effective at the end of the billing period for the plan.

Syncee is designed with multiple layers of protection, covering data transfer, encryption, network configuration, and application-level controls, all distributed across a scalable, secure infrastructure. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) on all our pages.
