Cocoa Butter

A very good oclusive skin moisturiser it forms a protective barrier on the skin.

Cocoa Butter is extracted from the Cocoa bean. It is high in fatty acids making it an ideal addition to body moisturizers and lip balms. It contains Oleic, Palmitic, and Stearic acids, all of which nourish the skin

The antioxidants in cocoa butter help to mediate the harmful effect of UV rays which contribute to premature ageing.

Cocoa Butter is a soft white solid but above 35°C it is a pale yellow liquid
