Plants and their benefits of our digestion herbal tea:
- Green rooibos: more tangy and lemony than red rooibos, green rooibos differs from red because it has not undergone fermentation, which makes it much more interesting from a dietary point of view. Indeed, it is richer in antioxidants, mineral salts and vitamin C.
- Calendula (marigold flower): Very rich in fiber, vitamins (A, B6, B9 and C), minerals (Calcium, Iron and Potassium) and antioxidants. Its major asset is undoubtedly taraxine, the active ingredient responsible for the detoxifying and purifying action of the marigold flower.
