In September of 2001 we were a small retailer with a website and two retail stores. We carried products from several overseas manufacturers and sold them online and through our retail stores in Mobile, Alabama. Our loyal customers in our stores and on the internet started asking for products that were not available through the companies from which we were purchasing or the quality was not what we wanted to sell to our customer base.
