HOW DO SHIPPING LABELS WORK?
If you have purchased items during our YouTube live sales, a shipping label will be required to get your items to you. The price of the shipping label is listed as $0.01, this is just so you have a place to fill out the address. When the shipping has been calculated, you will be charged the appropriate amount based on your location.
WHEN SHOULD I BUY A LABEL?
You should purchase a label whenever you would like your items to be shipped out. We will ship your order soon after receiving your order number - most likely the same day,
HOW MANY ITEMS CAN I SHIP UNDER ONE LABEL?
Once an order has been opened, you are free to add as many items as you wish; all of which will be shipped together under this label. This shipping label covers the cost of a box of up to ∼5lbs. Additional shipping costs may be requested if your order exceeds the size or weight limit.
HOW LONG CAN I KEEP MY ORDER OPEN FOR?
We suggest orders have around a 14-day limit due to the limited space we have available at our store.
If you did not fill out a shipping label or give us any contact information your order will be placed into our archive storage after 1 month. If you fail to message us, after 3 months your order will be considered abandoned and be donated to a children's charity.
DO I NEED A LABEL IF I ORDERED FROM THE WEBSITE DIRECTLY?
No, if you are buying items directly from the website, a shipping label is not required as the cost of shipping and address is included at checkout.
