Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility: Open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. How to Enter: To enter the raffle, you must purchase at least one raffle ticket through the official helloskin website.

3. Ticket Sales Close: Ticket sales will close when tickets sell out.

4. Live Draw: Winners will be selected via random draw during our TikTok Live session. You must be present on the Live at the time of the draw to claim your prize. All order numbers will be announced live, and the ticket must be claimed during the Live session to be valid.

5. Prize Redemption: Winners must claim their prize live and will also be contacted via email for prize delivery details. Prizes are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Multiple Entries: Each ticket purchased counts as one entry. There is no limit to the number of tickets you can purchase.

7. Bonus Entry: Any orders of $80 AUD or more placed during the Live event on the helloskin website will automatically receive 10 free raffle tickets. Free tickets are valid for that Live draw only.

8. Shipping: Prizes will be shipped free of charge within Australia only.

9. Changes/Cancellations: helloskin reserves the right to modify, cancel, or postpone the giveaway due to unforeseen circumstances.
