Instructions: To activate your LED Baton with Streamers simply press the button located near the battery housing. Press once for a fast flash of all the LEDs. Press twice for a scrambled blink, press again for a random speed light display. NOTE: The baton's ends are Red, Jade or Blue and do not light up.
