4. General Note:
* Your Novilla queen size mattress 6 inch will be compressed and rolled for shipping. Please allow 72 hours at least for your mattress to air out and fully inflate for better performance. Any memory foam will expand faster in a warmer room. In cold temperatures, It may take a bit longer to return to full size from its compressed state.
* It is normal if there is a slight odor for a new gel foam mattress. Giving it two days to dissipate is recommended.
