Y for Men by Yves Saint Laurent is a woody and aromatic fragrance for men.



The composition of the Eau de Toilette starts with clean notes of white aldehydes, ginger and bergamot that develop with geranium, violet leaf and sage in the heart supported by a masculine base of fir balsam, incense, ambergris, musk and cedar. The Eau de Parfum shares these notes enriched with apple in the opening, juniper berries in the heart and olibanum in the base.



Both versions come in a minimalistic linear bottle with a metal accent that merely seems to feature the brands name when you see the front of the bottle, but if you turn it it turns out to be the base of the letter Y.

Y was created to give the generation that was born in the 80s and 90s a confident and versatile fragrance unlike any other.



The EDT version of Y for Men was launched in 2017, followed by an EDP in 2018.
