ELEA Black pleated midi skirt

Made for twirling, this black pleated midi skirt is strategically constructed to flatter. For starters, it has a deep waistband that is softly smocked to provide a smooth fit (without the muffin top). The pleats start just below the hip to provide a flattering fall without adding volume to the hips. Wear this black pleated midi skirt high at the waist for a midi length or sling it low on the hips for a maxi length - this skirt does it all.
