RECIPE


Gluten free penne with spinach cream and salmon
Ingredients
50g of gluten free penne
30g of fresh salmon
60g of spinach
2 walnuts
10g of butter
Parmesan to taste
salt
pepper

Method
Pour a little water into a pan, salt it and add the spinach. Cook them for about 5 minutes.
Let them cool and put them in a blender together with the shelled walnuts and chop everything.
Cut the salmon fillet into cubes, melt the butter in a large pan and add the walnut and spinach cream.
Cook for a few minutes and then add the cream, nutmeg, diced salmon, salt and pepper. In the meantime, throw the pasta into a pan with salted water and cook the penne.
Drain them and sauté them in the pan together with the spinach cream and salmon. Season with parmesan and serve while still hot.
