A small, hardcover journal-esque notebook with a some colonial artwork, a star and Kalashnikov pattern rifle, along with the words Come And Take It, a reference to the near-mythical Leonidas quote when the Persians asked for his surrender. However, it also pops up again during the American Revolution at Fort Morris, and during the Texas Revolution at Gonzalez. Lately, it's been used almost exclusively by the right, but I refuse to let them own everything that has to do with individual liberty and the defense of one's life.

I feel it still needs to be iterated today. I am not a gun nut, but I know a lot about them, and I know a lot about history. For all of history, one of the few things (not only, mind you) separating a free people from an enslaved class was how equivalent their arms were to their government/rulers/aristocrats/etc. Even Marx himself said that the workers must be armed. I don't understand people who can acknowledge that corporations and governments are corrupt, that police use unlawful and deadly force, and that our military is imperialistic- but then claim that only those entities should have access to firearms and security. It's the same level of disconnect from reality that causes people to think their food comes from the grocery store.

That being said, I don't think background checks or maybe a mandatory training class wouldn't be infringement. You have to pass a driver's test to operate a motor vehicle because of the risk it poses to others. The same should apply to firearms.

Do you want your school notes to feel fancy? Or is it that you are really into journaling and just need something not found on normal websites. Hell, maybe you're like me and have a manifesto justifying your future political violence to write down. Whatever your stationery needs, this unique, high-quality journal will satisfy them. The notebook features 80 lined, cream-colored (giggity) pages, a built-in elastic closure for keeping it shut, and a matching ribbon page marker (how fancy). Additionally, it comes with an expandable inner pocket that is perfect for storing loose notes and business cards, so you’ll never lose track of important information. Or maybe a thing slice of tannerite. Just for funsies.
