Krama Sala Baï

The Sala Bai krama was made to support the Sala Baï school in Cambodia. Krama Krama graciously offers 40 scarves to the school so that funds can be raised to enable the development of this training structure for young disadvantaged Cambodians for careers in the hotel and catering industry. These kramas in the colors of the Sala Baï school are also available at the school in Siem Reap, Cambodia.

A few words from the textile designer of this krama: Magali An Berthon: "The Sala Bai scarf is a piece full of pep inspired by the traditional kramas of Cambodia, with a little madras touch. The weaving mixes a play of large checks and gingham, in fruity purple and orange tones in the colors of the NGO Agir pour le Cambodge / Sala Bai."
