Story Behind The Product

Our extra large bamboo salad bowls are ideal for al fresco dining, barbecues and as sharing bowls! The massive 28cm diameter gives you ample space to toss your greens, blitz in some dressing and fill up enough salad for a whole family!

The minimal terrazzo exterior and stylish spun bamboo interior blends modern and rustic into one stunning piece of tableware that’s perfect for any home! Use your extra large bamboo bowl as a salad bowl or a mixing bowl and start serving meals in natural tableware!

All of our bamboo bowls are hand crafted using only basic tools, skilled hands and a good helping of organic Vietnamese bamboo. Sustainably sourced and ethically made!

1. Handcrafted using organic and natural bamboo fibres, spun together to create a sturdy and durable bowl!
2. Neutral terrazzo pattern blends into any kitchen or dining room setting! Stylish, minimal & elegant!
3. Perfect for serving salad, mixing foods together or as a centrepiece!
4. Suitable for hot & cold food (Please do not put hot liquids in your bowls)

Our bamboo bowls are incredibly sturdy and durable and do not require much attention to keep them in good condition. Follow these instructions and your bowls will last a lifetime:

- Do not place your bamboo bowls in the dishwasher, microwave or freezer.
- Do not leave your bamboo bowls to soak in water for more than 10 minutes.
- Do not use your bamboo bowls for hot liquid foods such as soup, porridge or curry.
Your bamboo bowls are handmade using bamboo ethically sourced in Thanh Hoa province, Vietnam! The bamboo is farmed in small batches by two family-run farms and transported to our workshop for processing!

Once we receive the bamboo it is broken down into fibres where it can be spun tightly together to form a solid bowl!

We then use a water based lacquer to paint the outside of our bamboo bowls, creating the beautiful terrazzo pattern that you see on your screens!

All of our bamboo is naturally grown using traditional Vietnamese farming methods, it is picked and processed using only basic tools and a lot of skilled hands!
