How to Use:

1. Wet the Towel: Before using, thoroughly wet the shower scrub towel under warm water.
2. Apply Soap or Body Wash: Squeeze a small amount of your preferred soap or body wash onto the towel.
3. Lather: Rub the sides of the towel together to create a rich lather.
4. Scrub: Hold the towel at both ends and scrub your body using back-and-forth or circular motions. For hard-to-reach areas like your back, you can hold one end of the towel in each hand and move it side to side across your back.
5. Rinse: After scrubbing your entire body, rinse off the soap or body wash from your skin with water.
