This stainless steel pump dispenses thick dressings and thicker sauces from a 1/6-size pan in a deep, refrigerated food table. The higher discharge tube provides additional serving clearance, specifically needed with newer refrigerated tables. A full portion is 1 oz and can be reduced in 1/8 oz increments. Pan is sold separately.
