preparation
Pour your fruit tea at 100°C. For one liter of water, you should put about 15-20 grams of tea into a tea strainer. This corresponds to about 5-6 heaped teaspoons. Let your fruit tea steep for 7-10 minutes before removing the tea strainer from the water.
You can brew the tea once. This means that with a tin of tea that contains 80g, you can make about 50 cups of fruit tea.

The apple is a source of vitamins and is also good for the digestive system.
Cinnamon is said to have a positive effect on depression and heavy menstrual bleeding. Cinnamon is also good for respiratory problems and feverish illnesses.
Cinnamon also serves as a means of lowering blood sugar levels and is good against feelings of fullness, flatulence and cramp-like gastrointestinal complaints.
Anise is often given to children for flatulence and colic, although caraway and fennel are stronger remedies. Anise is also a good cough remedy and is sometimes used in some cultures as an aphrodisiac or to stimulate menstruation.
