Warranty, Support & Return Policy: The Epson F170 Printer included in this kit comes with a one year manufacturer’s warranty from Epson.  Technical support is available to you from both Epson and MakerFlo Crafts. Once the printer has been used (or if ink is put into the tank), we will not be able to accept a return as per our return policy. If a manufacturing issue arises, we'll work with you to troubleshoot the issue to see if it can be fixed. If the printer ends up being a manufacturing issue, you will be covered under the 1 Year Warranty through Epson. Your satisfaction is our priority!
