Our polyfloral raw nectar honey originates from the Bavarian Forest of Germany, and is collected by bees from a variety of flowers and berries.

This is a versatile honey which has a range of uses, whether for baking, in your tea or coffee, or on your breakfast for a much-needed energy boost. 

Blossom Honey is truly an allrounder and won't disappoint your taste buds as they are bombarded with hints of honeycomb and a rainbow of flavours.

**Please note that this honey may crystallise in cold conditions due to its high sucrose content. You may place the jar in a hot water bath and stir until the desired consistency is reached**
