Wild Mountain Honey

Harvested from fertile plains of the Andalusian Mountain Range and perfected through centuries of beekeeping tradition. Wild Mountain Honey has an intense flavour accompanied by a strong spicy aroma with a very dark colour that has earned it the title of 'black gold' among enthusiasts.

Since bees at a higher altitude will have a much shorter time frame to gather and make the honey before the seasons change, this honey is a rarity with a far smaller supply. Thanks to a lower moisture content, mountain honey is known for a thick consistency and unique texture.
