Majestic Silver Fir Honey

In the dense German fir forests, where minimal light penetrates even during the peak of the summer season, bees collect tiny droplets of honeydew from the spikes of the Silver fir trees to prepare this exclusive type of honey. 

Silver fir honey has a distinctive colour and tastes resinous with a hint of chocolate and spice. It’s a real rarity, which can only be harvested in suitable weather conditions. Therefore, it can’t be harvested every year.
