This is a Terumo Eccentric 20ml Luer slip tip syringe.

They feature an offset nozzle that is on the edge of the syringe barrel. This allows an attachement to be closer in line with the syringe walls so that it is nearly parallel with the injection surface and allows for closer proximity to the skin.
