For those who'd rather be on the back of a Vespa while Summering in Italy. Have you ever had Spumoni? It's amazing. It originated in Naples, Italy, and the OG version is really just pistachio and chocolate... but then Americans decided to cram cherry into it, and I'm telling you, what a winning combo.

Later, Americans were like "Whoa, let's not go crazy with the flavor, guys!" and they swapped the pistachio for vanilla, and Neapolitan was born. Dumb. Pistachio is obviously the star here.
