Each capsule delivers a powerful 513mg of dietary fibre sourced from psyllium husk, sugar beet, flaxseed, rhubarb, apple pectin, prune, carrot, fig, fennel, broccoli, and fenugreek. This blend includes both soluble and insoluble fibres—promoting gut motility, microbial balance, and long-term colon health.

More than just roughage, FibreFix contains key fibrous compounds like cellulose, pectin, hemicellulose, lignin, and gums, which help nourish the gut lining and support natural elimination.

Usage
