This ivory and silk ruffle blouse uses over three yards of silk to produce.  The arms can loosen for giant flowy arms and the neckline ruffle along with the detail on arms makes for the perfect bohemian blouse piece.    The lace is vintage sourced from the 1950's and adds that perfect touch to the top.   There is a little shell button at bottom for another detail for closure.   Basically, this ivory and silk ruffle blouse may cause compliments.
