Living planting answers it only with irrigation, adequate light, and an ongoing maintenance contract. Lower-grade greenery answers it for one season, then yellows in full sun and has to be pulled down and replaced. The Spring Sensation panel is engineered to resolve both constraints at once — a fresh botanical composition of light green foliage and subtle floral accents that installs in an afternoon, holds its color outdoors, and requires nothing afterward.

Two Layers of UV Protection, Not One

Most greenery sold for outdoor use relies on a single UV coating sprayed onto the finished leaf. That layer is the only thing standing between the pigment and the sun, and once it abrades, weathers, or washes off, fading begins and cannot be reversed. It is the reason outdoor panels so often yellow within a season or two.

Designer Plants UV-certified panels are protected twice over. UVTex™ inhibitors are compounded into the LDPE while the leaf is formed, so the stabilizer sits inside the material rather than on top of it and cannot be worn away. A protective UV coating is then applied over that. The result is protection that keeps working long after a sprayed-on surface coating alone would have gone — which is why outdoor installation here is covered by a 5-year UV warranty rather than a seasonal disclaimer. How Many Panels Are Needed

Each panel covers 11 sq ft. Measure the width and height of the surface in feet, multiply for total area, divide by 11, and round up — the figures below cover the most common wall and fence dimensions, with an allowance for cutting panels to fit at edges and around fixtures.

Installation

Panels connect using the integrated clip and lug system along all four edges. Screw to timber framing or masonry, cable-tie to mesh or steel frames, or mount using panel track systems. Panels cut to size with heavy-duty shears or a utility knife, so edges and cut-outs around lights, taps, and switches are handled on site. Order a Sample First

Foliage reads differently under showroom lighting, north-facing daylight, and full sun. The Spring Sensation sample panel is a cut section of the full product, sent so the foliage density, leaf finish, and color can be assessed against the actual light in the space and alongside the flooring, joinery, and stone already selected.
